Creating Jobs

Home / National Issues / Creating Jobs

Thankfully we are continuing to see more people in Cork return to work.  Recent jobs announcement are providing much needed employment and
thankfully this is continuing a steady decline in the number of people looking for work.

Each week in 2015 over 1,300 jobs have been added to the economy; showing that the economy is getting back on track.

Nationally over 125,000 new jobs have been added but it is important that we work hard to continue to support further growth.

A steady, stable and sustainable economy is what the people of Cork need and deserve.

More jobs and opportunities are needed here in Cork but reducing unemployment is very encouraging.
